InfoCare is a government-approved, research-driven technology company based in Kathmandu. We design solutions that help institutions modernize operations, leverage their data, and make better decisions.

A decade of deployments across all three tiers of government has given us something harder to acquire than technical skill: a working understanding of how institutions actually operate. We understand their approval chains, reporting obligations, and constraints, allowing us to translate complex needs into technology that holds up in production.
